Hi heather2002 I'm still having lots of comments cos this image.. you are the last one !!, thanks again for your comment !. You could carry on drawing and one day I'm sure you will do something lots better of this one ! .
It's beautiful, simply beautiful. You should have won the first place in the contest, and I mean it. The colors are astonishing, the detail is perfectly adapted to the style of the drawing... Simply beautiful...
sure >w<.. ive gotta find it tho .. it could b on the site .. or mayb i was getting confused with the imaginefx being the photoshop advanced.. i'll let u know if i find it .. and ill scan it to if its in the photoshop advanced >w<
Its the taking part that's the main event ... not the winning! If you hadn't taken part I would never have seen your entry, and apparently lots of critics appear to believe that as well, otherwise they could not have come to the conclusion you should have been placed higher.
Well I like it and don't like the Mona (moaning) Lisa, or Sunflowers (sorry guys I just wouldn't give them wall space) but had to stop on the stairs ( and stare)when I saw Dalis Crucifixion (mind you I had to stop and stare when I saw the man himself Dali you plonker not JC !). Now does that make me a good or bad critic?
Please remember that if we took the attitude "people only remember winners there would probably be only three entries for every Olympic event . 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
If YOU like it, do it! After all Leonardo was never put off by the fact that I might not like his painting! Recon he could do well with a ceiling though!

I have the same opinion that you in some of the aspects, my favorite image was another image that don´t was the winner . And I always said that this one is a contest something to enjoy and don´t fight, just improve and try harder and harder and draw better everyday, that is my opinion.
Dude why did this get 3rd? I'm thinking at least 1st... the lines are awesome and the fade into the distance is awe insiring. And the detail's something to be truely proud of man! Most definatly in my favourites keep up the good work
